Privacy Policy

Here at Zed&Q, we are dedicated to protecting the privacy of each and every one of our customers.

  • We will not disclose any information to third parties except when it is part of the service, including;  postage and carrying out security checks.
  • All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned and licensed to Zed&Q. Any use of the site or its contents, including designs, copying images or information is prohibited without the permission of Zed&Q.

  

Turnaround & Custom Products

  • Custom orders will only be processed once full payment has been made. You will receive a proof of approval within 2-5 days of ordering. If a response is not received within 7 days, Zed&Q reserves the right to either proceed with the order or cancel and issue a refund. 
  • All custom wooden items will have a 2-3 week turnaround (excluding shipping). 
  • Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website.  All colours will vary in dullness and brightness from screen to screen.

Terms of Sale

  • You will not be able to make changes to your order once confirmed. Please choose carefully. 
  • Items purchased from Zed&Q, by customers and unauthorised businesses, for the purpose of resale is prohibited.  We allow resale of our items to authorised business partners and wholesalers.

 

Pricing 

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

     

    Payment

    • We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Direct Bank deposit (Australian customers only) & Cash On Delivery.

     

     Shipping

    • We take great care in packaging our items. All parcels are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection. We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

     

    Delivery within Australia

    • After full payment has been received, items will be shipped within 1- 3 business days via Australia Post or Sendle, arriving within 1-2 business days in Brisbane and between 4-6 business days for metropolitan areas and other rural areas.
    • Orders will be sent as a registered parcel, in which you will receive tracking links and code via your shipment email.
    • Orders are sent from Brisbane, Queensland.
    • We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. 

         

    Worldwide Delivery

    • We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are sent by tracked shipping which can be costly. We do not offer untracked shipping outside of Australia. Orders are charged via the total weight of products including packaging. Orders are usually received within 10-14 business days (excluding public holidays and when items are being held in customs, if applicable). We recommend shopping with our international stockists before placing an order with us.  

         

    Customs Duties and Taxes

    • Shipments sent outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be issued once a shipment reaches your country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes issued after the initial Australian invoice. These fees are separate from the cost of postage charged.

     

    Exchanges 

    • No exchange or refund on any items including sale items; unless items are faulty (this does not include colour variations). In this case, customers may choose either a refund or an exchange. We cannot always guarantee an exchange due to the uniqueness of our products.
    • Claims for faulty or damaged items must be received by us within 7 business days after receiving your order.  You must also provide proof of faulty items in the form of photos and send to us via email.
    • We reserve the exclusive rights to refuse or accept refund if claims are lodged after 7 business days of receiving order. 
    • There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In this case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
    • Strictly no refund or exchanges on Change of Mind, Gift Certificates,  International Orders, Digital Downloads and Personalised Items.
