The Emotion Envelope Craft inserts were created to help my child recognise, navigate
and cope with his emotions in a healthy way. I made origami heart boxes, glued them
onto a large sheet and placed the inserts inside. The poster is displayed in a space he
can easily access whenever he needs them most.
Each insert contains either an ayah or a du’aa to support him through a specific
emotion, guiding him back to the remembrance of Allah.

- 6 A4 Coloured Sheets (for the Origami Boxes)
